Bed and Breakfast Requires an Innkeeper on site
As long as there is someone on site at all times (Innkeeper), there shouldn't be any problems for the neighbors.

I support the approval of Bed and Breakfast at Pine Tree Park because:

The property has a 107-year history of less than 30 night rentals, picnics, weddings and catering. The zoning clearly states the intention to continue those historical uses.

There are 7 wedding venues nearby and none of them has lodging.

I support the Hermanussen Family being able to use their property to its highest and best use.

I support the collection of sales and lodging taxes for under 30 day rentals which funds the County, school district, and 0.5% goes to fund open space.

I do not support a discount on the property taxes even though the Bed and Breakfast guests don’t enroll in school.

John and Brent are proposing to supervise the Bed and Breakfast so there will be less impact to the neighborhood than unsupervised short term rentals.

John has proposed many additional protections for the neighbors.

I want to keep HOA’s from gaining control over NON-HOA property.

I support Real Estate Investment, Entrepreneurship, and Free Enterprise.
